Started playing HoN

So I decided to join the open beta. 
Got about 15 games under my belt and managed a 1.3 KDR, despite being a massive noob.

Only decent games have been with Night Hound on noob pubs, so I guess that doesn't mean much.

Any gameplay tips would be appreciated greatly.
I've read some guides on the HoN forums to get the main concepts, but I still need some practice.

My best advice is hop on Vent. A lot of the HoN guys are in there a lot of the time. From what I remember Despero was particularly helpful when I tried getting into it a month ago or so.
