Banner = Link

I noticed this today, our site's banner doesn't link back to the main page.  I know that there's a "home" link right there but it's so tiny itsy-bitsy babies link.  Almost every webpage does it, it's just a suggestion for people who are OCD like me.

Speaking of that banner, ever since it was put in, the link for viewing all new posts got the fuck out. There a way to get that back or is it just somewhere else?
