My Pirate Hat's texture don't show up for my demoman but only on our sever elsewhere it works just fine. I want to be a pirate mate!

Maybe but also my spy hat doesn't show the textures either, it is 3 top hats on top of each other.

Tell me the files you used to get the custom hat... like the pathnames of the files in the .zip you used... I'll whitelist em...
