what percent of the voting players must agree to a scramble to have the teams scrambled?

I know that 15/20 did not scramble, yet 10/17 did scramble.

75% didn't and 58% did....

Can anyone clear this up for me?

If I remember right, something like 8/15 passed too. ALSO votescramble seems to be broken atm. In a round earlier, votescramble was voted a success and all it did was move two people from red to blue, giving the blue team a four person advantage.

Yes, it used to even crash the server! It's lovely!

I'll take a look at that when I get a chance, it's been on the todo list for a while now...

I remember that, mostly because I was the one who decided to try using it and crashed a server full of people.  My bad.

Yeah Trazgo! I remember u crashing the sever with that, I never found it that useful as I don't care what the teams are as long as they are even. We also tried to use  it to crash the sever several times, it only works when it wants to... It has become self aware!!! That or it is froggeh's cousin or something.
