I disagree. The sandvich and the KGB are great. Natasha sucks though.

For the most part, loosing your SG is too much of a sacrifice for the heavy just to have self heals. :\

You're better off sticking to health packs and dispensers.

I see...But I rarely use the shotgun anyways, so the sandvich is for me:) Also, medics are harder to come by nowadays. ALSO I don't play heavy much because of spies.

Seriously though how could the sandvich be better? The time you spend eating/ being totally vulnerable is not worth the time you could spend shooting your shotgun and finding health. Honestly the only unlockables I find to be helpful are all of the medic's and 2 of the pyro's.

I think the good unlocks are:

spy
sniper (jarate)
medic
pyro
and sometimes scoot(FaN)

Yeah all the medic's, the axthinguisher, KGB for melee only, The ambassador(but only at certain times), other wise they are all most lolz then anything else.
