Yeah, Valve already stated that achievements will no longer be tied to unlocks. Also, DJsatane... I've played with him before. >_> And the Ambassador... Sounds like a spy unlock to me, as I'm fairly certain that jarate will be the snipers other unlock.

While the spy is waiting 3 hours to load a bullet, ill just destroy him and some of his teammates with a whole clip, so no worries here.
