Money money money

So, as most of you are aware I'm getting laid off in a month or two. Additionally, as many of you are aware vent costs a pretty low amount to keep running, and Kanji and I typically pick up those costs. We all use vent, most of us are on every night in fact! Losing my job leaves me unable to justify dropping more money into the vent fund. I know that Kanji will happily drop the pocket change to keep it running month to month, so first off thanks ahead of time for that: You're the fucking man.

I'm asking that any of you who use vent, which is everyone who goes to these forums, please just drop like $5 into the fund. The cost of vent is literally pennies a week per person, any amount goes a long way on there. Historically shens has always been enjoyed by a majority and paid for by a minority, many of you have jobs now where you didn't before because the average age of shensers is around the 18 mark now, as opposed to the 16 mark originally.

So seriously, do me a service and Kanji a favor by donating a few bucks. If everyone who uses vent donates 5 bucks it would pay for vent through the rest of the year.


It should also be kept in mind that I pay monthly for the server these forums are hosted on. I use that server for a lot of other things so I don't ask for donations to keep that up, but just keep that in mind when I ask for vent donations. I'm paying no matter what, I'm just asking you guys to make me pay less

It's in the heart of nashville, so we don't OWN a parking lot. Essentilly i pay 100$ a month to park. Shit sucks. BUT i do graduate tuesday...

Thanks guys! Currently we got the next 4 months covered, if any of ya'll wanna drop 5 or 10 bucks in between now and then we could probably keep it going through the end of the year easily enough. Once I score a job I'll drop another $15 into it!
